We provide Charter Boat Hire ideal for Bass, Pollack and Cod deep sea fishing trips are available during the summer months when Fish are assembling in large numbers off the South Coast wrecks in the English Channel and can offer excellent Fishing opportunities within a short journey time. The Sussex Shipwrecks hold some large quantities of Bass, Pollack, and Cod taken on Red Gills lures. We provide Anchor Fishing for Whiting, Rays, Turbot, Bull Huss, Ling, Bream, Bass, Tope, Spur Dogs, Mackerel and Plaice can also be offered for those of you who would prefer a more leisurely day. Conger Fishing: For those of you that fancy catching some big Congers on the furthest offshore wrecks, you will certainly need some good tackle
For those that do not have their own Wreck Fishing gear, we are pleased to supply this from our extensive onboard selection of equipment from Penn, Conoflex, Shimano. The hooks we use are 9/0 & 10/0 on a 250 Lb trace line, the snap swivels are a 4/0 American snap, which performs very well
Our preferred bait we use is Mackerel which we usually catch on the day on the way out or Cuttlefish and the weights we use range from 10 Oz to 2 Lb. These we can supply on-board, however, we recommend that you make your own if possible, as some Wrecks there is the potential to lose lead weights.
