Booking Terms and Conditions
The deposit to to secure a booking made must be received by Seabreeze3 within 7 days.
All deposits are fully refundable in the case of a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. The deposit can either be transferred to an alternative date if required or a refund of the deposit less 10% admin charge.
Cancellations of booking/s must be made in writing, at least 30 working days prior to the date of departure. The deposit will either be refunded, or at the discretion of the charter/party organiser, be carried forward as deposit to secure an alternative trip. In such cases of multiple bookings such as monthly etc. two months notice is required in writing on cancelling all booked date/s and the deposit will be refunded only if the first two dates/2 months ( which ever is the latter ), are rebooked by Seabreeze3.
If the cancellation of a single chartered trip is not made in writing within 30 days prior to the day of departure, or the charterers fail to attend and the days charter place on the boat cannot be rebooked to other persons, the full days charter fees less any deposit paid, will be charged to the charterer/party organiser in addition to any recovery or legal costs incurred.
Any shortfall of the numbers of persons in a particular charter trip booked, is the responsibility of the charterers/party organiser. however, Seabreeze3 charter angling/diving/party trips/mini cruises will endeavour to try to fill any places if given enough notice beforehand.
The decision on weather conditions re a booked trip is the sole decision of the skipper. It is the responsibility of the charterer/party organiser to telepone Seabreeze3 the night before the confirm weather conditions and time of departure.
Chartered date between the hours of 6.30 p.m and 7.0 p.m. on the home no/ or boat no/,the charterers/party accepts the decision on the day by the skipper, that if the conditions are unsuitable for the type of fishing/diving party trips/mini cruises stag/hen party trips booked,that a substitute trip will go ahead.
Private hire/party trips/mini cruises stag/dfhen party trips we will need a deposit of 50% to secure the booking made and must be received by Seabreeze3 charter angling/diving within 7 days.
If the sea state is too rough to go to sea (the skippers decision)the trip will continue in the shelter of the marina waters a tour of the harbour followed by a visite to the harbour entrance.the duration of to tour will be the same as the original time booked and the cost will be reduced.
Payment balance of the charter fees must be paid in full on the day in cash, unless it has been previously agreed to pay the balance by cheque.
All cheques or money orders must be paid in advance and cleared before departure date. bait that is ordered by the charterers and paid for by Seabreeze3 in advance, must be paid for by the charterers in the event of a cancellation due to adverse weather from the deposite being held.
Any damage to the vessel or breakages to the hire tackle or the like obtained by Seabreeze3, will be the liability of the person or persons involved and must be paid in full
Seabreeze3 does not accept any responsibility for any cacellations due to weather conditionsoranyunforeseen mechanical breakdowns which may occur.
Seabreeze3 must be notifield in advance of any person/s with any form of medical problems or person/s under such medication and Seabreeze3 cannot be held responsible should a person/s under medication travel on a charter.
‘We can not be held responsible for anyone suffering from sea sickness whilst aboard Seabreeze3’.
